The Parish Council meets on the second Tuesday in January, March, May, July, September and November. Unless otherwise stated meetings are held in Walton Village Hall at 7:30pm.
The next meeting of the Walton Parish Council will take place in the Village Hall at 7:30pm on Tuesday 10 September 2024.
The agenda will be available to view three clear working days in advance.
Walton Parish Council allocates a time for public participation close to the beginning of its meetings when members of the public are invited to speak.

Ideas for use of Community Engagement Grants
At its meeting on 9th July 2024 the Parish Council reached agreement on a number of proposals to be taken forward with a view to being presented to the developer of the Leaps Rigg Solar Farm site for assistance with funding, should this become available.
- Re-development and refurbishment of the Play Area
- Cattle grids on Walton Moss
- Church improvements i.e. water, toilet and access
- Village Hall and Reading Room development including car parking
The Council would be pleased to receive any views on the above via the Clerk or Council members, in writing please.
